Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

SET is operated by Haro LLC. By creating an account, accessing SET, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SET.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use SET. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us at help@myfilmset.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. What SET provides

SET provides tools for developing, planning, organizing, editing, rendering, and learning about film projects. Features may include guided prompts, script and storyboard tools, media uploads, timelines, AI-assisted suggestions, sample content, and downloadable outputs. We may add, remove, or change features as the service develops.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the original content you submit to SET. You grant Haro LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and fulfill your requests.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content. You are responsible for your film, including music, footage, likenesses, scripts, trademarks, and other third-party material included in it.

5. AI-assisted output

SET may generate suggestions or other output using artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether and how to use it. Haro LLC does not guarantee that AI output is unique, copyrightable, or free from third-party claims.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use SET to:

• Break the law or violate another person’s rights.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Exploit, endanger, or sexualize children.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or harm another person.
• Distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass limits, or probe systems without permission.
• Use automated methods to scrape, overload, or extract data from SET except as expressly authorized.
• Reverse engineer or misuse SET in a way that threatens its security, availability, or integrity.

7. Haro LLC property

SET, its software, visual design, branding, documentation, sample content, and related materials are owned by Haro LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SET or grant permission to use Haro LLC’s names, logos, or branding outside the service.

8. Third-party services

SET relies on third-party infrastructure and services for hosting, authentication, storage, email, AI processing, and other functions. Those services may experience outages or apply their own terms. Haro LLC is not responsible for third-party products or services outside our control.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SET at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect SET or others, address unlawful or abusive activity, enforce these Terms, or respond to legal requirements. To request account deletion, contact help@myfilmset.com.

10. Service availability and disclaimers

SET is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haro LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise that project content or generated output will never be lost, so keep independent copies of important source material and finished work.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haro LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to SET. Haro LLC’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Haro LLC for SET during the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Your responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Haro LLC from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your misuse of SET, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

13. Changes to SET or these terms

We may update SET and these Terms. We will post revised Terms here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. General terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Haro LLC regarding SET. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; Haro LLC may transfer these Terms as part of a business transaction or reorganization. Applicable law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
